Sochi gained another, more prestigious title – The southern business capital. Here, among the natural backdrop of palm trees, gentle seas, and radiant sunshine; political, economic, and business community events are regularly hosted.

From April 8th to the 11th, Pullman Sochi Centre – which is a member of one of the largest international hotel networks, AccorHotels – hosted the All-Russian housing congress of 2019. There, experts from the field of real estate exchanged their experience, discussed questions pertaining to interaction with government structures, and mapped out the direction in which the housing market is developing.

Representatives of the Adagio La Rond Sochi apart-hotel played an active part in drawing in a large number of guests to their information stand. Investors displayed a keen interest in the ready-made apartments Adagio La Rond Sochi had to offer, which yield up to an annual 14% return on the initial investment. This is easily explained by Adagio La Rond Sochi being a part of that same international hotel network Accorhotels, which has been adapted to the Russian real estate market from its initial European template. Specialists of the apart-hotel clarified all aspects of investing in apartments in addition to presenting all willing investors with an investment plan.
